What to Expect:

By the end of your first visit, I’ll share my clinical impressions and outline the most appropriate next steps, including any targeted testing needed to help identify the root causes of your symptoms. My goal is to keep things simple and focused on addressing the root cause by recommending only the most meaningful labs, ensuring we get the answers we need without unnecessary or excessive testing.

Targeted Testing May Include:

Comprehensive hormone panels

Gut microbiome and stool analysis

Chronic infection and immune system panels (including Lyme, EBV, etc.)

Advanced specialty testing (organic acids, toxins, nutrient deficiencies)

If immediate stabilization is needed, I may recommend temporary nutritional supplements or supportive therapies while we await your test results.

About 2–3 weeks after your testing is complete, we will meet to review your results in depth. From there, I will create a fully customized care plan built around your specific needs.

During the first two months of care, you’ll have regular follow-up consultations every 2 weeks to closely monitor your progress and adjust your protocol as needed. Once we achieve stability and improvement, your visits will transition to monthly check-ins for the remaining 5 months for continued guidance, lab review, and fine-tuning.

Throughout your care journey, you will have direct access to me through secure messaging on your patient portal. My goal is to walk alongside you every step of the way!
